More about me

Passionate about body awareness, posture and education.

I learned physical movement and more during my baccalaureate in kinesiology where I was able to do internships at the Quebec Cancer Foundation and at Spa Eastman.

My knowledge of therapeutic exercises  was learned during my DESS in therapeutic exercises where anatomy and manual therapy have been mastered in depth.

After all this theoretical and academic knowledge, the school of life led me to work with several types of clientele and it is these experiences that allow me to continue to evolve and learn in this profession that I have already loved. 13 years.

My great adventure began in 2004, when I was an assistant physiotherapist in a clinic. Iwas folding the towels, when I realized that I wanted to do more, and that people's health and well-being were at the center of my concerns.

I then started a long academic and personal journey which makes me a health professional who takes into account all the complexity of the human who is in front of me.
